Opportunity:
As our new Community Services Manager - Tweed Coast, you will be the senior leader with overall responsibility for managing, leading and governing all RSL LifeCare Home Care operations across geographies from Tweed Coast, NSW - Gold Coast, QLD with a view of expansion to Brisbane, QLD.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment and one that is constantly evolving. Overseeing the community care functions, you will drive an effective, efficient, and scalable operation that is always focused on delivering superior service and achieving holistic client outcomes.
You will also:
- Display strong leadership in developing your people into a best-in-class regional team, retaining and attracting high quality Aged Care/ Home Care operators.- Inspire a clear focus on customer satisfaction throughout the region, embracing feedback and ensuring customers and their families are involved in decision making.- Be passionate about leading, coaching, and motivating teams- Able to connect and engage with others by establishing trust and rapport, building credibility through effective communication and collaboration- Have forward thinking with a strong client focus to ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do- Well organised with exceptional communication capability and thrive in a fast paced highly rewarding environment
We need you to have to succeed:
- Significant and demonstrable experience as a Home Care people leader, knowledgeable about HCP and CHSP Programs as well as current standards within the Aged Care industry.- Customer centric focus and passionate about delivering innovative holistic care and services for the benefit of the client, employees, and the community- Experience as trusted advisor providing advice and support to clients to support their holistic care goals- Demonstrated successful management of teams through your highly developed leadership, communication, and collaboration skills- 'Hands-on' experience where you have successfully navigated through challenges to achieve objectives, analyse data, and identify risks- Crucial to your success in this role is your demonstrated people leadership, and your ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and deliver superior outcomes.
