**Job Title:** Senior Clinical Pharmacy Specialist
The organization is seeking a skilled clinical pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmacy services. Key responsibilities will include contributing to the efficient management and performance of the cancer services pharmacy team.
**Requirements:
* Eligible for registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) to practice as a Pharmacist.
* A minimum of three years of practicing as a registered Hospital Pharmacist, with experience in medical oncology pharmacy.
* Demonstrated effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
* Proven capacity to organize a complex workload with advanced leadership skills.
