Overview
* Senior Transition and Contract Manager is accountable for developing, improving, managing and monitoring contract transition arrangements including advising, project management, stakeholder management and general engagement.
* Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement processes that facilitate meeting the State's contractual obligations and monitor suppliers' obligations under SA Health contracts, supporting contract administration framework including records management and formal correspondence with suppliers.
* Accountable for developing, improving, managing and monitoring contract management framework systems including records management and communications management systems.

Desirable Characteristics
* Experience establishing and managing contract and records management systems such as Objective and Affinitext.
* Experience providing high-level administrative and project support, managing sensitive, complex, and urgent material within strict time-frames and in accordance with required outcomes.
* Knowledge of SA government contract management including management of a PPP contract.
* Understanding of health sector services and activities.
* Knowledge of contemporary contract management principles and methodologies.
