About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Midwife to join our team at John Hunter Hospital. As a midwife, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including antenatal care, labor, birthing suite, and postnatal care. Our hospital is committed to supporting the growth and development of our midwives, offering opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
In this role, you will work closely with a large multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and implementing evidence-based practice.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
This is a full-time position, with the option for part-time or temporary arrangements. The minimum hours per week for part-time staff is 16 hours per week.
