We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our national team on a 6-month contract. For the right candidate, this opportunity could lead to a full-time permanent role.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
* Configure and deploy user devices to meet business needs.
* Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding, including account setup, access management, and device configuration.
* Document solutions and procedures to build an internal IT knowledge base.
* Participate in knowledge transfer from the managed service provider to ensure seamless integration.
* Maintain accurate asset inventory and assist with IT procurement logistics.
* Support office moves and technical setup of workspaces and meeting rooms.
* Escalate complex issues to senior IT or third-party vendors as needed.
