The role involves developing and promoting the school's vision, encouraging active participation from staff, community volunteers, and stakeholders within the context of the Arts and Design and Technology learning areas.
Key responsibilities include providing professional guidance to Arts and Design and Technology teachers, facilitating teaching and learning outcomes, employing effective performance management strategies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
As a key member of the administrative team, you will work closely with the Principal to provide educational leadership both within the school and the broader community.
In your capacity as a curriculum leader, you will play a crucial role in providing professional guidance to Arts and Design and Technology teachers, ensuring they stay informed on relevant curriculum issues within your designated area.
You will be instrumental in facilitating teaching and learning outcomes, employing effective performance management strategies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement among the school's academic community.
