MN Spraybooths is an Australian owned business that designs and manufactures a broad range of high-performance spray-painting booths for body shops and collision repair centres of all shapes and sizes.
Located in Pakenham Victoria, our fully equipped workshop manufactures custom parts and projects in-house for nationwide distribution and installation.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team and support our Electrical Department with building electrical switchboards.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Building switchboards and control panels for industrial control systems.
* Assemble and wiring of electrical boards for industrial control systems.
* Assemble and calibrate light fixtures according to instructions.
* Align and assemble parts such as leads, coils, wires into electrical housing.
* Route, comb, twist, wrap, tie, and attach wire to terminal points.
* Examines parts for defects: both visual (chips, scratches) and operational.
* Assembly of other manufacturing components as required, alongside general housekeeping and stock take.
This position suits candidates who have previous experience in the manufacturing industry or machine build (not residential or mining).
* Minimum 1 year of experience working with electrical control systems and switchboards is required.
* Attention to detail and great written and verbal communication.
* Must be a team member, willing to assist others when called upon.
* Experience in VSD programming and controls - advantageous.
* Understanding of Omron software - favorable.
