Account Director/Digital Strategy Consultant Role Overview

The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Serve as a consultative partner for clients: Building trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders through expert guidance and support.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas while providing strategic advisory services.
* Facilitate workshops and strategy development: Collaborate with clients to map customer journeys, develop tailored strategies, and deliver actionable roadmaps.

* Develop and present digital experience solutions: Focus on platforms such as DXP, CMS, and other enterprise-level technologies to drive business growth.
Qualifications for this role include:
* Proven experience: A track record of success in a hybrid role of Account Director and/or Management/Digital Strategy Consultant, ideally from a similar environment - Digital Agency or like.
* Strong consultative selling skills: Focus on long-term relationship building and value creation through expert guidance and support.
* Digital experience solutions expertise: Experience with DXP, CMS, and a deep understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience strategies.
* Track record of meeting sales quotas: A history of delivering results and driving revenue growth while providing strategic advisory services.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive business growth through effective communication.
* Business acumen and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of developing actionable roadmaps that align with clients' goals.
