Job Title: After Hours Care Coordinator

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life for our residents.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working in aged care or home care settings. A strong understanding of person-centred care principles and practices is also essential. Additionally, you must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
