Job Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations.
* Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
* Process salary adjustments, tax calculations, and superannuation contributions.
* Provide timely responses to employee payroll queries.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to the accounting and finance department.
* Identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in end-to-end payroll
* Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation (knowledge of NZ payroll a bonus!)
* Proficiency in payroll systems, UKG Ready a bonus!
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong problem solving skills, ability to be involved in suggesting improvements
* Strong communication skills for liaising with employees and internal teams.
