We are seeking 2x experienced Contract Specialists to support a major infrastructure program.
This role is focused on contract management and commercial oversight — not procurement. You will manage multiple active contracts, ensuring financial accuracy, contract compliance, and strong contractor performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple high-value infrastructure contracts
* Review and validate payment claims, variations, and accruals
* Track and monitor project costs, budgets, and forecasts
* Interpret contract terms and ensure compliance
* Assess and challenge contractor claims and entitlements
* Monitor contractor KPIs and performance
* Negotiate commercial outcomes and resolve issues
* Work closely with program managers and contractor teams
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in contract management (post-award)
* Strong experience with claims, variations, and payment assessments
* Solid commercial acumen and contract interpretation skills
* Background in infrastructure, construction, utilities, or engineering
* Strong Excel skills (cost tracking, reporting, financials)
* Ability to manage multiple contracts/projects simultaneously
* Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Highly Regarded
* Experience with ECI, TCE, or collaborative contract models
* Exposure to utilities or asset-based environments
* Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Commercial, or Finance
