You love numbers, uncovering insights, and using data to shape decisions, yet also organised, proactive, and have a strong eye for detail.
You'll work across paid media, analytics, websites, CRM, and content, helping deliver data-driven marketing that inspires travellers and drives results.About the roleIn this role, you'll assist with planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
You'll collaborate with external media agencies, implement campaign tracking, analyse results, and provide insights to improve performance and ROI.You'll help manage our WordPress websites, ensuring content is up to date, SEO is optimised, and booking journeys are smooth and effective.
You'll also support user testing, booking cart improvements, and chatbot updates in collaboration with the Revenue and Systems teams.Using HubSpot, you'll assist with CRM workflows, lead nurturing, and email marketing campaigns.
You'll also help track and report on key marketing metrics, maintaining dashboards and supporting data-driven decision-making.The role also includes supporting the wider marketing team with content creation, social media planning, and influencer partnerships.
You'll help coordinate production shoots, manage digital enquiries and reviews, and work with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.You'll also assist with marketing administration including invoices, merchandise logistics, and cross-team project coordination.You'll bring2+ years' experience in digital marketing (travel, tourism, or consumer brand experience preferred).
Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.Knowledge of WordPress and SEO best practices.Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance tracking.Confidence using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.A passion for adventure, travel, and innovation in digital marketing.Benefits and perksHybrid role with a mix of office-based and remote-based work available (Wollongong or Sydney).
