We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* On-site client support and troubleshooting
* Preventative Maintenance routines and preparation of reports
* Approval of project completion documentation
* Client training (administrator and end user)
* Maintenance of Service Desk tool
This role requires a strong understanding of Audio Visual technologies, including Workspace Management and Media Distribution. Proficiency in servicing products from manufacturers such as Crestron, Biamp, Extron, and Samsung is also essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as superior customer service skills to work efficiently with internal and external customers.
A positive attitude, professional customer service skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential for this hands-on role.
