What You'll Do
Create high-quality dishes and menu content that is exciting and specific to the local region and environment
Lead and manage a team of Food and Beverage staff to develop their skill base.
Ensure speed of service and food quality remain high during both low and peak flight periods.
Monitor and manage COGS, wastage, and labor to hit financial targets.
Uphold strict HACCP food safety legislation in line with the Cater Care Food Safety Manual and standards and airport security regulations.
Lead the kitchen workflow and ensure your team adheres to standard operating procedures.
