Bali Body is one of Australia's fastest-growing beauty brands, known globally for our self-tanning and suncare products. We're looking for a commercially driven National Account Manager – Grocery to take ownership of our key retail partnerships with Coles and Woolworths and drive the next phase of growth in the channel.
The Role
This is a high-impact role where you'll lead and grow our grocery channel, managing end-to-end relationships with Coles and Woolworths. You'll be responsible for delivering sales targets, executing joint business plans, and identifying new opportunities to expand Bali Body's presence in-store and online—while also having the opportunity to support and grow additional retail partnerships beyond the major grocery channel.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage national partnerships with Coles and Woolworths
* Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue and brand growth
* Lead range reviews, pricing strategies, and promotional planning
* Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to optimise ranging and distribution
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and product teams
* Drive execution excellence across in-store visibility and online activations
* Support and grow other retail partnerships outside of major Australian grocers
* Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
About You
* Proven experience in a National Account Manager or similar role within FMCG (beauty or personal care highly regarded)
* Strong experience managing Coles and/or Woolworths accounts
* Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and analytical skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
