The successful candidate will oversee projects from initial consultation through to completion, managing residential, commercial, and public projects. This may involve installation or subcontracting out.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management for various accessibility projects.
* Liaise with occupational therapists, builders, architects, and support coordinators.
* Oversee quoting, budgeting, procurement, and installations for various products.
* Ensure compliance with regulations and building standards.
* Build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in their craft.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Able to think strategically and work in a fast-paced environment.
* You must be able to work in Australia with no restrictions and reside in the Darwin area.
