We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated accounts professional on a full-time basis to join the team.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accounts and payroll who enjoys task variety in their daily work, interacting and engaging with clients, suppliers and employees and is committed to continuous improvement and learning.Key Responsibilities:Daily bank reconciliations in XeroFortnightly payroll processing including PAYG, Payroll Tax & Super paymentsProcessing of accounts payable from PO to invoice to scheduling paymentsManage employee expense claimsDaily processing company credit card receipts and reconciliation to statementDeal with all incoming e-mail for accountsAssist with month end reconciliations and internal reportingAbout You:In addition to strong technical accounting and payroll experience, to succeed in this position, you will bring a collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and actively contributing to achieving goals, and be adaptable and energetic.You're a strong communicator, enjoy building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, have excellent organisational skills, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.You will bring the following:A minimum of 3 years commercial accounting experience in all facets of accounts.Knowledge of accounts procedures and financial control processes.Extensive working knowledge of Xero.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.Strong time management skills, proven ability to multi-task & prioritise workload.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.You naturally question things that don't look right and have a problem-solving mentality.Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.Verbal and written communication skills to professionally respond to emails & telephone queries from clients, suppliers & staff.Accountable, reliable, a person of integrity and a team player.Positive, optimistic and solutions-based outlook.What We Offer:The chance to shape and influence a supportive workplace culture in a rapidly growing organisation.A work environment where people's health, safety and wellbeing is a top priority.Learning and development opportunities for personal growth.A workplace that's not just diverse but fun and supportive.Wellbeing support for you and your family.Our values:We look after each other.We work with integrity and respect.We take accountability for our actions.We work efficiently, are committed, and are driven to succeed.
