We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Gardener and Qualified Landscaper to join our tight-knit team on a full-time basis. The projects ranging from high-end residential topiary to major urban renewal precincts, we want to hear from you.

Your Typical Day Might Include
Gardening & Grounds Maintenance:
* Sculpting: Pruning and shaping topiary and hedging to a professional standard.
* Full-Service Care: Mowing, edging, weeding, and fertilising to keep spaces looking sharp.
* Expert Maintenance: Managing plant health through pest control, nutrients and watering programs.
* Team Collaboration: Working with our landscaping team to install fresh feature garden spaces.
* Quality Ownership: Operating and maintaining a range of modern power tools and machinery with pride.
Landscaping and Property Enhancement:
* Softscape Installation: Planting trees, shrubs, garden beds, ground covers, feature plants, soil preparation, mulching, and more.
* Tool Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and repair tools, equipment, and outdoor structures as required to ensure safe and reliable operation.
* Hardscape Installation: Assisting with or completing elements such as paving, stepping stones, retaining walls, timber edging, fencing, and more.
* Garden Installation: Transforming spaces by installing new garden designs, rejuvenating older gardens, and building landscape improvements.
* Site Preparation: Clearing, levelling, prepping soil, removing old vegetation, ensuring sites are safe to commence work.
* Team Collaboration: Collaborating with landscaping supervisors, co-workers and maintenance staff on landscaping projects, ensuring seamless delivery.
What You’ll Need:
* Experience: At least 2-4 years’ experience in landscaping, horticulture or professional garden maintenance or similar.
* The Essentials: Any required qualifications (landscaping), a valid Driver’s Licence, your own vehicle, and a White Card.
* Desirables: A Horticulture qualification is a huge plus, but your experience and willingness to learn are what matter most!
* The Right Attitude: A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for gardening.
* Enjoy: Ability to enjoy and perform physically active rolls in an ever-changing outdoor environment.
