Overview
Alcyone Group is a leading provider of premium residential accommodation in the South East Queensland region. We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our team in Maroochydore. This role is integral to the day-to-day management of a high-profile residential complex.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and reception/front desk duties.
- Management of property maintenance requests and follow-through.
- Owner and tenant correspondence.
- Leasing administration, including advertising, tenant selection, and lease preparation.
- Routine inspections and lease renewals.
- Entry and exit inspections.
- Invoicing and trust account support.
- Common area inspections and reporting.
- Representing the business at QCAT hearings (with support as required).
- Assisting with contractor access requirements.
- General administration and reporting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential property management or mixed-use/strata environments.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of residential property management experience is required.
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of RTA legislation and QCAT processes desirable.
- Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate or License.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve issues effectively.
- Team-oriented, willing to learn from senior managers, and ready to take ownership of tasks.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
Location & Hours
- Based on site at Maroochydore.
- Full-time position, Monday–Friday.
