The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and validating data on building assets, ensuring accuracy in location, condition, and specifications.
This data will be captured in line with industry guidelines and uploaded into a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
The Asset Data Manager will work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning and uphold data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Manage and validate data on assets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning.
* Upload data into the CMMS, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and consistency.
* High level conceptual and analytical skills.
* Experience working with AutoCAD and TRIRIGA, or equivalent integrated CMMS.
* Ability to capture, interrogate, and report on large fields of data.
* Proven time management and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
* Technical experience in one or more areas including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-related plant & equipment within a large complex facility and/or buildings.
* Current Driver License and willingness to use for work-purpose travel.
