**About the role**
- As the Manager, Audit & Risk you will be responsible for supporting the Audit & Risk Senior Leadership Team in risk based audit planning, delivery of assurance projects, reporting, stakeholder management and quality assurance in line with the Group Audit and Risk procedures and standards
**Key responsibilities**
- You will manage and coach internal staff on the delivery of assurance projects from planning, execution, risk identification and assessment, reporting of audit findings and recommendations, and monitoring of audit actions.
- This role will also require you to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the Group.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in an audit role (experience in a risk role is also desirable).
- Tertiary qualifications in a Finance discipline with professional accounting qualifications (or equivalent).
- Sound people management and project leadership experience
- Strong organisational skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret large volumes of data and information to identify risk.
- Sound written and interpersonal communication skills, including business/client presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and document complex systems and processes, perform risk assessments, and evaluate adequacy of internal controls.
