Job Overview
We are a leading provider of mental health services, specialising in working with adults and young people, and in early childhood intervention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality evidence-based clinical care as a member of the multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.
* Conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, care coordination with internal & external services, and provide brief psychological interventions.
Requirements:
* Full registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist OR registration/eligibility as a Social Worker.
* Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
* Knowledge & understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions & clinical practice as well as demonstrated excellence in the practical application of such, in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
