In the past 3 months, our Allied Health Team has grown rapidly from 8 to 30 with a view to grow to a team of 50 by mid 2026. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What we are looking for
* At least 1 years experience in the field and registration with AHPRA
* Experience in Aged Care, Private Practice, Community or Hospital settings
* Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS
* Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
* Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
* COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).
What we offer
* All expenses paid Company Car
* Salary range $85,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + Super (Paid above award salary)
* In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist ( with 10 years' experience)
* 67% KPI case load
* Flexible working conditions- Mon- Fri operating business hours ( no weekends or Pubic holidays)
