About the role
This is an out of office focused position where no two days are ever the same.
You will enjoy a mix of independence and teamwork while being supported by highly experienced senior property managers and directors.
Your day may include:
Conducting routine inspections and entry and exit reports for some of Brisbane's most prestigious rental homes
Meeting new people every day and delivering exceptional customer service
Assisting with open homes and private viewings
Liaising with tenants, owners and trades to ensure a seamless property management experience
Supporting the team with administration and compliance tasks
Exposure to luxury leasing, premium clientele and high level service standards
What we are looking for
A positive and professional attitude with a genuine interest in real estate
Strong communication skills and confidence in meeting people
Self motivation with the ability to work both independently and within a high performing team
Attention to detail and a desire to learn
Experience with Property Me is preferred
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential
A current drivers licence and reliable car
