Achieve Disability Care is a growing NDIS service provider based in Perth, delivering quality disability support services to the local community.
Due to ongoing business growth and increasing operational requirements, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to support the Director and oversee the organisation's day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office administration and coordinate administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow across the organisation.
* Assist the Director in implementing and improving office procedures, operational systems, and internal administrative processes.
* Coordinate staff onboarding, scheduling, personnel records, and general human resources administration.
* Assist management in monitoring staff performance, workplace administration, and employee compliance requirements.
* Support finance administration functions, including invoice coordination, expense tracking, and liaison with external accountants and service providers.
* Maintain organisational records, operational documentation, and administrative reporting systems.
* Assist in maintaining compliance documentation, policies, and internal procedures in accordance with NDIS operational requirements and company standards.
* Coordinate office facilities, supplies, equipment, and communication with external stakeholders to support smooth business operations.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, office management, or a similar coordination role.
* Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting HR administration, compliance processes, or office operations will be highly regarded.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business administration systems.
* Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
