About The Role
As a field officer, you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the program. This is a casual role where you will work closely with the team to maintain accurate records, manage documents and correspondence and ensure smooth delivery of office-based operations. You will need strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously under direction, and excellent organisational skills.

Duties And Responsibilities
Data entry and error checking in departmental databases Filing and maintaining accurate electronic recordsDistributing mail, monitoring generic inboxes, and general office administration (printing, photocopying, collating)Assisting with site, facilities, and equipment organisationSupporting event coordination and user testing under directionProviding basic research notesResponding to internal and external enquiries by phone or in personContributing as part of a multi-disciplinary team and assisting colleagues where required
Skills And Experience
Previous administration experience preferredHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keepingAbility to follow guidelines and work effectively under directionAbility to work outdoorsGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient with office-based IT systems and databases
