What's the role?
Our Central office in Haymarket has a fixed-term full time (35 hours per week) Receptionist vacancy.
What does a day as a Receptionist look like?
* Keeping the reception and general office space neat and orderly
* Supporting the Office Manager with set up and clean up for meetings and events
* Responding to enquiries in line with Bridge Housing's Customer Service Standards – in person, on the phone and via email
* Performing general office administrative support to Bridge Housing staff and customers
* Ensuring office supplies stock is consistently available and neatly organised
We are looking for someone who…
* has a positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to customer service
* uses clear and respectful communication skills, in writing and verbally.
* is enthusiastic and willing to learn
* is committed to Bridge Housing's purpose
* can perform basic administrative practices (e.g. scanning, printing, filing, binding, answering phones, sending emails)
* has some experience with IT and Microsoft suites (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams) within a professional workplace
They also need to be willing to obtain a Criminal Record Check.
