Site Management Role
Brunel is partnering with a respected commercial builder to appoint a Site Manager for the delivery of an education facility in West Brisbane.
This project requires someone with demonstrated experience managing complex projects in the education sector. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining program delivery, and upholding high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate on-site construction activities
* Manage subcontractors to ensure program alignment and quality outcomes
* Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and QA standards
* Monitor progress and address potential risks or delays
* Liaise with internal teams, consultants and suppliers to maintain clear communication and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager on commercial or education builds
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued at $10 million or more
* Strong working knowledge of relevant construction legislation and safety systems
* Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder Licence
* Experience in education, institutional or D&C environments is preferred
