What does a typical day look like in a Shop?
- Welcoming and engaging customers.
- Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and EFTPOS payments.
- Sorting and pricing donations.
- Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers.
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy.
- Following all shop processes.
What skills do you need?
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Sociable and engaging with others.
- Happy to work as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to do any of the shop tasks.
- Commitment to your nominated shift.
Whats the application process?
- No need to upload a resume, just tell us why you’re interested in the role.
- We’ll have a friendly interview in store and ask you a few questions. You can ask us questions too.
- You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD you must be 16).
- Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross).
- You will also be required to complete an Induction into our organisation and Retail programme.
