**Your new role**
The Project Financial Administrator is required to assist and support with the financial and administrative tasks associated with the lifecycle of a project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project creation and collecting and recording of all relevant documents associated with the project
- Assisting senior staff in the Project Accounting team with invoicing, budgets, timeframes, and any other elements associated with the project lifecycle to ensure project success
- Ensuring integrity with data and financial information within the ERP / Project Management software
- Assisting stakeholders and "on-the-ground" project managers with commercial decisions and investigating any variances with agreed fees
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Project Finance Administration or Accounts Administration role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, and an ability to form strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Intrinsically self-motivated and a tenacious attitude with self-learning and completing objectives
- An ability to work with accuracy in an often fast-paced, changing environment
- Fantastic organisation skills and an ability to problem solve
- Confident to work across a multitude of projects at any given time and to consistently meet business deadlines
