Forty Winks Victor Harbor is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Victor Harbor, SA. This is a full-time position, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our leading home furnishings brand.

What you'll be doing
* Providing a warm, friendly and knowledgeable customer experience to all visitors to our store
* Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and offering tailored product recommendations
* Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our diverse range of furniture, bedding and home decor products
* Closing sales effectively by overcoming objections and guiding customers towards purchasing decisions
* Maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment
* Supporting store operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the home furnishings or retail industry
* Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in retail industry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about our diverse range of furniture, bedding and home decor products
* A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work well with others
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A positive, energetic and friendly demeanour
* Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen with full working rights
