Our parks are a 7-day operation with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday, with flexibility during peak tourist seasons. As our business focuses around tourism and holiday-goers, there will be times during peak periods where we do require some flexibility from staff with regard to their rosters to ensure we can continue to provide the best experience we can to our guests. We roster to consider your leave requests and where possible, and aim for an even spread of weekend work across the team.
* Hourly Rate: $32.19 to $34.91 / hour + 12% superannuation + $2,464 retention allowance
* Working weekends? Penalty rates apply.
* Location? We have availabilities across Fingal Bay Holiday Park, Shoal Bay Holiday Park, and our Koala Sanctuary, however you can apply and express interest in any of our other parks should an opportunity become available.
