Job Description:
The role of a Business Development Representative at our organization involves building relationships with healthcare professionals to increase referrals to our clinics.
* This entails identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with clinics and healthcare providers.
* Working closely with the marketing and medical teams to provide a comprehensive solution to healthcare providers and their patients.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Establishing relationships with General Practitioners and specialist doctors in hospitals and private rooms.
* Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Conducting on-site visits to healthcare providers (GP clinics, hospitals & private specialist doctor rooms), to present and educate on products and services for women needing to consider the IVF journey.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A university degree in Science, Nursing or related field.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, eg. GP or hospital specialist sales in pharma or medical devices or other healthcare sales - radiology or pathology ideally.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
