Job Responsibilities
Lead a team in the day-to-day operation.

Monitor and manage absence levels and ensure adequate cover.
Participate in management team discussions and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications

Effective time management skills to meet daily targets.
Flexibility in work and shift patterns.
Ability to motivate teams.
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
