We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at North Beach Pavilion and Bulli Beach Cafe, some of the South Coast’s most iconic beachfront venues. This is a role perfect for a chef seeking work-life balance while still delivering high-quality, vibrant food in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen.

You’ll Need To:
- Have proven experience as a Chef de Partie or robust Commis ready to step up
- Be reliable and consistent with excellent time management
- Be available to work weekends and public holidays (essential)
- Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining high standards under pressure
- Take pride in presentation, preparation, and cleanliness
- Show leadership qualities and a willingness to grow into a more senior position
