About the role: The Head of Analytics will lead a multidisciplinary team of data professionals to deliver insights that inform business decisions, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Insight & Impact: Deliver actionable recommendations that influence product, customer, and risk strategies. Leadership & Capability Building: Foster a high-performance culture, develop team capabilities, and champion continuous improvement. Data Integrity & Governance: Ensure analytics are built on robust, compliant data foundations. Stakeholder engagement: The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across product, digital, and data domains to align analytics with strategic priorities and deliver value across the organisation. Success metrics: Growth in customer engagement and satisfaction Increased product penetration and revenue uplift Tangible cost efficiencies and process simplification 10 years in financial services, with a focus on customer-centric analytics. Deep expertise in advanced analytics, data science, and statistical modelling (Python, R, SQL). Proven experience leading high-performing teams to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. Strong executive-level communication and influencing skills. Familiarity with regulatory environments and responsible data practices.
