About the role:We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Service Administrator to join our team and provide vital support to our Field Service Technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

What you'll do:Allocate service and Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) calls to Field Service Technicians in line with branch KPIs and procedures. Log all customer and technician breakdown requests and schedule PMP bookings. Monitor and action the Service Bookings email inbox promptly. Maintain accurate customer, technician, and system data within SMS/AS400. Process all Service Job Cards, Credits, Warranty Cards, and related documentation. Review and correct bombed‑out job cards, ensuring labour, parts, serial numbers, and job codes are accurate. Set up customers for PMP programs (retail, CFM, and contract). Handle incoming calls professionally, interpreting and responding to customer needs. Create purchase orders and assist with related AS400 functions. Adhere to all company OH&S guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment. Provide general administrative support, including leave processing, record maintenance, spreadsheets, letters, filing, and office duties. What We're Looking For:High‑level organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on positive experiences. Proven ability to contribute as a collaborative and reliable team member.
