We are seeking a skilled Associate Solicitor to join our Commercial Disputes practice in Sydney.
Job Description
The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, including advising clients on contractual and corporate issues, regulatory inquiries, class actions, and arbitration.
This role offers the opportunity to facilitate the growth and development of junior members through supervision, training, and mentoring.
The candidate will also contribute to business development initiatives and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on commercial and contractual disputes, corporate crime, regulatory inquiries, class actions, and arbitration.
* Facilitate the growth and development of junior members through supervision, training, and mentoring.
* Contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements
* 2-6 years post-qualification experience.
* Strong background in commercial disputes within a medium to large commercial firm.
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
* Outstanding academic credentials.
* Excellent technical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
