Job Description:
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the customer service team and working collaboratively with commercial and operations teams to achieve enhanced customer experience. They will report directly to the company's CEO and Managing Director.
This role involves managing the customer service team, assigning jobs, directing staff, training employees, processing jobs and reports, creating quotations, and coordinating with customers.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the customer service team
* Assign jobs to appropriate teams
* Direct assigned staff for work specifics when required
* Train staff members
* Process jobs and reports, create quotations (where applicable)
* Process and raise subcontractors purchase orders, suppliers orders in system
* Customer inquiry support
* Technician support to staff and customers
* Scheduling works, coordinating with customers
* Answering calls, taking messages
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You should also be able to work collaboratively with commercial and operations teams to achieve common goals.
Australia-based work authorization is preferred for this role. Work location is in-person.
