Base salary to $60,000 + super + plus bonus per leased property + fully maintained take-home car/fuel

The Role:
Leasing agent for a medium-sized rent roll North of the River
Advertise properties for lease on all platforms
Respond to queries and liaise with potential tenants
Schedule and conduct home opens
Video tours for investment buyers
Process and submit all tenancy applications
Liaise with the property managers on potential tenancies
Enjoy being out and about, on the road whilst working autonomously
Ad hoc assistance with property inspections when required
About the Candidate:
Real estate experience is great, but my client is open to training someone new to the industry who has experience in a customer facing role.
Tidy presentation and professional attitude
