About the Role
We're looking for aRetail Sales Consultant to join our BundambaTeam.In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect setup for their trade, tool storage, 4x4, or camping adventures. You'll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team while growing your career with a rapidly expanding brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and build strong, lasting relationships
* Ensure quotes, sales, and bookings are completed accurately
* Showcase and promote our full product range across trade, tool storage, 4x4, and camping solutions
* Represent TC Boxes at events including 4x4 shows, camping expos, and outdoor trips
* Grow your skills and career with training and development opportunities
* Accuracy in handling sales transactions and basic cash-handling
Must Haves
* Available to work a rotating roster: Week 1 Monday–Friday, Week 2 Tuesday–Saturday
* Previous retail or sales experience
* Confidence and people skills to connect with our Aussie tradie and adventurer customers
* Passion for the outdoors — you enjoy talking about camping, off-roading, and adventure
* Solid understanding of utes, trays, and tubs, and the advantages of different setups
* Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge across the TC range
