We're on the lookout for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at our Driftwood Restaurant Rivershore site.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents and having fun while doing it

In this Role, You'll
Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive front-of-house atmosphere, ensure an excellent customer experience, and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain Standards & Compliance: Follow safety, security, and RSA/RCG regulations; uphold food quality and presentation standards at all times.
Manage Stock & Minimize Waste: Check and accept produce, reduce wastage, and ensure all items are used to their full potential.
Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the shop, kitchen, and dining areas clean and hygienic, including equipment, tables, and floors.
Chemical Safety: Handle approved chemicals safely, follow MSDS guidelines, and use correct PPE for all cleaning tasks.

Team Collaboration: You treat management and team members with respect, build strong professional relationships, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Communication & Initiative: You participate in meetings, share ideas for improvement, and use effective communication to resolve issues proactively.
Safety & Compliance: You follow WHS policies, report hazards, and handle approved chemicals safely in line with MSDS guidelines and training.
Skills & Experience: You bring RSA/RCG accreditation (if applicable), proven experience in a similar role, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Physical Capability: You're comfortable with frequent lifting, standing, and operating kitchen/bar equipment, while using PPE and following safety procedures.
You're someone who brings energy, ideas, and a genuine passion for making a difference. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
