We're looking for a full time or part time creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Media & Government Relations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation within a purpose-driven organisation.
You'll support the development and delivery of digital content across our social media platforms, website, and email marketing channels. You'll also assist in executing campaigns that promote the AFPA's work, grow our membership base, and enhance engagement with current members.
This role is offered initially on a full time or part time basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and implementing the AFPA's digital marketing strategy
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit)
• Support paid and organic digital advertising campaigns
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns
• Collaboratively manage website content and CRM
• Contribute to quarterly digital media reporting and other reporting as required
• Monitor and respond to community engagement across platforms
Skills & Qualifications
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or studying)
• Experience through internships, freelance work, or academic projects in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Loomly)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A proactive and creative mindset with an interest in digital trends
