We are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our Residential Housing team. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating projects and providing customer service support.
The ideal candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. They will have previous experience in a similar capacity or strong administration and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing support to sales representatives with their day-to-day duties
* Confirming orders with customers
* Liaising with suppliers to order stock for customer orders
* Maintaining professional contact with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements include:
* Previous experience in a similar role or strong administration and customer service skills
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Proactive team player
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
