About The Role
We are seeking a highly capable
Operations Manager
to lead project delivery across our clients Communications and Renewables portfolio. This senior leadership role takes full ownership of multiple concurrent construction projects, overseeing delivery, people, commercial performance, and compliance.
Youll be responsible for driving outcomes across fast-paced, high-value projects while leading multidisciplinary teams and making critical commercial decisions that directly impact business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple construction projects
* Manage and mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators
* Allocate labour, plant, equipment, and workforce resources across projects
* Provide operational direction to HSEQ, Plant & Equipment, Purchasing, and Workforce Planning
* Oversee fabrication, logistics, and field schedules
* Prepare and review quotes and tenders
* Drive business development and identify new project opportunities
* Approve purchase orders, supplier payments, and customer invoicing
* Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems
About You
* Minimum 5 years experience in an Operations Manager or senior project delivery role
* Background in communications, renewables, or construction environments
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
* Strong experience in quoting, tendering, and commercial decision-making
* Confident leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Decisive, resilient, and comfortable operating in high-pressure environments
* Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
