A Key Federal Government agency is seeking experienced Application Testers & Migration Test Analysts to support the delivery of a large, complex enterprise transformation program. These roles will contribute to end‑to‑end testing activities across multiple projects, with an initial focus on Microsoft 365 migrations and database‑integrated applications, operating within a fast‑paced, Agile, highly secure environment.
The Successful Application Testers & Migration Test Analysts will be responsible for but not limited to;
* Deliver end‑to‑end testing activities in alignment with the Program Testing Strategy and QA governance frameworks.
* Plan, execute, and report on functional and non‑functional testing across applications, platforms, and integrations.
* Perform application and data migration testing, including validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks for database‑integrated systems.
* Test enterprise platform migrations with an initial focus on Microsoft 365 solutions (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange).
* Create, maintain, and manage test artefacts and defect lifecycles using Azure DevOps, including RTMs and reporting.
* Support stakeholder engagement and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), communicating testing progress, risks, and outcomes.
The successful Application Testers & Migration Test Analysts will have experience in the following:
* Proven experience in end‑to‑end application testing across the SDLC/STLC in Agile and complex enterprise environments.
* Strong hands‑on experience in migration testing, including validation of data, content, and functionality across environments.
* Demonstrated experience testing Microsoft 365 platform migrations within secure cloud environments.
* Experience testing applications integrated with structured databases, ensuring data integrity and interoperability.
* Knowledge of information management and data protection controls, including DLP and sensitivity labels.
* Strong experience using Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, traceability, and defect management.
