Job Title: Network Support Specialist
The Network Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to staff and students. This includes troubleshooting, resolving issues and providing expert advice on computer networks, programs and platforms.
The successful candidate will analyze network performance, identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to optimize both educational and administrative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze network performance, identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to improve efficiency
* Detecting and resolving hardware software or connectivity issues
* Maintaining accurate records of technical support provided including the issue description resolution method outcome And any subsequent follow-up actions taken by the specialist
