Your New Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives supporting 29 schools across the Diocese. You will be responsible for managing resources, budgets, and timelines while overseeing the end-to-end delivery of critical documentation and business change management to ensure minimal disruption to student learning.
Beyond individual projects, you will drive the strategic evolution of our IT landscape by refining delivery frameworks and managing a project portfolio aligned with CEDWW's long-term goals. Acting as a key collaborator, you will bridge the gap between technical teams, vendors, and end-users to ensure innovative solutions are successfully adopted across our educational community.

Salary: Grade 9 $157, $199,182.68 base excluding superannuation (dependent upon experience and qualifications)
Essential Criteria
A degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of industry qualifications and experience.
Training and certification in recognised project management and business analysis methodologies and standards.
At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or business analysis in an information technology environment.
A sound understanding and experience with traditional and agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage project delivery, risks, timelines and outcomes.
Experience in the elicitation and management of business requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
Strong written and verbal communication, as well as demonstrated experience managing complex business change outcomes.
Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools - Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga or willing to achieve.
Current Drivers Licence
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Successful candidate will undergo a National Criminal History Check
Desirable Criteria
Training and certification in recognised business change management methodologies.
Experience in software sourcing and procurement processes, including Request For Proposal/Quote/Tender, vendor evaluation and selection.
