We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Lawyer to join our team.
About the Role
* This is a challenging and rewarding role that will allow you to develop your skills in estate planning, probate, and administration.
Responsibilities
* Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and other estate-planning documents for clients across ACT (and NSW when required).
* Assisting with probate, estate administration and deceased estate matters.
* Participating in client meetings providing advice under supervision helping manage straightforward instructions related to estates.
The Ideal Candidate
You should have:
1. a minimum of 0-2 years PQE or equivalent experience within this field;
