The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Receptionist to provide a high standard of customer service, process guest check-ins and outs efficiently, accurately use our booking system to make reservations and manage accounts, coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supply guests information regarding property and local areas of interest, and complete day-to-day office administration tasks.
Requirements
* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry is essential
* You must be passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experiences
* You should have proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
* You need excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* You must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
* You require strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* You must be enthusiastic and positive in your attitude
* You should be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
